In the past five years, I was in charge as CEN Cableways Consultant, that means to  check, by appointment of the CEN (the European Community Standards organization), the new and revised European harmonized Cableways Standards, which have the value of technical Code and shall be  accepted by all of the  EC European Countries plus Switzerland, and  to write the related assessment; if the assessment is positive, the Standard is sent to the formal vote for the “political” approval; otherwise, the Consultant may ask modification and  issue a positive assessment if his requests are met, or  send the proposed  Standard  back to the Technical Committee.

I just signed my positive assessment to 9 revised  European Cableways Standards and my task is now finished.

I have been Designer and Technical Director of cableways since 1972, I know well and by direct experience the operation problems and, since I worked in many Countries (Italy, Switzerland, France, Germany, Austria, US, Canada, Spain, Korea, Japan…) I have a full vision of the Transportation problems around the world.

I can operate with English, Italian, French and German speaking counterparts without any problem.
